Mark Eberhard

Mark is one of the nation’s finest contemporary wildlife artists. While his traditional works have primarily featured birds, he has found a new passion for painting dogs and cats with numerous commissions to his credit. Earlier this Spring, Mark was honored with an invitation to participate in the National Wildlife Museum in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he joined over 40 of the world’s leading wildlife artists in a five-month show (May 19 through October 16, 2005).

Mark's work has also been shown in regional and national exhibitions including Leigh Yawkey Woodson Museum's Birds in Art and the Society of Animal Artists' Art and the Animal, where he won the coveted "Award of Excellence." Three of his paintings are included in the book, "The Best of Wildlife 2" out now in local bookstores.

Mark holds a Masters of Fine Art from Yale University and does extensive traveling in research for his art topics. He and his wife, Alice, live in Terrace Park, Ohio.
